Pool

Our large pool is available for our guests all year round, providing unforgettable moments of refreshment and relaxation regardless of the season. The pool has been carefully designed and meets safety standards.Convenient ladders are located on both sides of the pool, facilitating entry and exit, and a shower is available for a comfortable cleansing before and after swimming.

The pool's extremely practical location on the ground floor means it's just a few steps away from the apartment's door. It is situated in the patio area, which means there is no direct access from the pool to the street. This is particularly beneficial for the safety of children, creating a secure and child-friendly environment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring practical appliances such as a refrigerator and a convenient washing machine, providing you with comfort and functionality. Additionally, the kitchen will be stocked with a complete set of cutlery and dishes.

An essential part of the kitchen is the gas stove, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. For tea or coffee enthusiasts, a convenient cordless kettle and a coffee maker will be available. Furthermore, you will have access to a new microwave, toaster, and sandwich maker, facilitating meal preparation at any time of the day.

To maintain harmony and freedom between the kitchen and the living room, a wall with a window has been implemented, serving as a practical solution. It allows for easy serving of dishes and enables interaction with other occupants in the living room, such as children. At the same time, this subtle partition creates a slight separation between the kitchen and the living room, contributing to a greater sense of security and comfort.

Bedroom

The bedroom features new furniture, with the main centerpiece being a comfortable double bed, ensuring a perfect rest. Practicality is guaranteed with a single wardrobe, ideal for storing clothes and accessories. Additionally, two dressers with drawers offer a convenient solution for storing small items. To create additional relaxation space, a small fold-out sofa has been placed in the bedroom.

While enjoying this space, you can make use of functional bedside lamps and a fan, providing proper lighting and comfort during sleep. To ensure complete privacy and silence, blackout blinds have been installed, effectively blocking out external light. Furthermore, to facilitate your stay, fresh towels and clean bedding are provided.

Living room

The living room features new, tasteful furniture that creates a cozy atmosphere, and it opens up to a charming, small balcony. Within the living space, you can find a double wardrobe, two dressers with drawers, a tall dresser with drawers and cabinets, as well as a comfortable table and chairs. Additionally, for ultimate comfort, the living room is equipped with air conditioning and a television with a USB port and DVD player, offering a wide selection of movies on discs. Evening lighting is provided by bedside lamps, and a practical coffee table allows for relaxation with a cup of coffee. To ensure privacy and the ability to darken the room completely, blackout blinds have been installed. Furthermore, to separate the kitchen from the living room, a wall/partition with an arched window has been used, creating a pleasant visual separation.
