Welcome to our apartment, which consists of a living room, cozy bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, pleasant hallway, and a charming small balcony. The entire apartment has been freshly painted, creating an atmosphere of novelty and cleanliness. The bedroom and living room feature new furniture that ensures comfort and aesthetics.

One of our highlights is the large communal swimming pool, which is open all year round. It is the perfect place for relaxation and refreshment. Our guests also have access to a huge rooftop terrace/solarium, from where, from the sixth floor, you can admire the picturesque city, the sea in the distance, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

Being on the ground floor makes our apartment convenient for families with children as well as for people with limited mobility who do not need to use the elevator.

Another advantage is the proximity to the beautiful sandy beach of Los Locos, which is just a few minutes' walk away (400m) from the apartment. Every morning, fitness and yoga classes take place on the beach, providing an energetic start to the day.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, within a maximum 5-minute walk, you will find cafes, restaurants, pubs, and a large Consum grocery store (80m). The local bus stop for lines A and A2 is only 200m away, and car rental services and children's playgrounds can be found nearby. The promenade starting at Los Locos Beach extends all the way to the pier and port, providing unforgettable walks along the coast.

We would like to present you with the rules and regulations that apply to our vacation rental home, ensuring comfort and tranquility during your stay:

• Reservation Deposit: To secure your reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total price is required. The remaining 70% must be settled at least 14 days before the planned arrival.
• Air Conditioning: We provide complimentary use of the air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature for your enjoyment.
• Swimming Pool: Our large swimming pool is available free of charge for our guests. We encourage you to use it and relax at any time of the year.
• Security Deposit: To cover any potential damages, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit of 150 Euros. After inspecting the condition of the apartment upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
• Keys and Lockout: In the event of lost keys or lockout, a fee ranging from 150 to 250 Euros will be charged, depending on the locksmith's working hours.
• Final Cleaning: The cost of the final cleaning after your stay is 60 Euros. It is payable along with the second installment.
• Pets and Smoking: We do not allow pets or smoking in our home. This policy ensures a pleasant and safe atmosphere for all guests. We kindly ask you to adhere to these rules during your stay to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone.
• Beach Mats: Guests have access to beach mats that they can take to the beach. However, we do not provide beach loungers or umbrellas.
• Quiet Hours: To ensure peace and relaxation for all residents, quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 to 6:00.
• Key Handover: We personally hand over the keys to our guests.
• Check in: 3 pm. Check out: 11 am.
